My wife and I were very overwhelmed when we started buying a new home. We needed to find a larger home for our growing family, so not only did we need to find a new home that fit our needs, we also needed to sell our current home. We went and got pre-approved, however, we didn't know how to go about selecting an agent. We asked our loan officer for recommendations, and Sandy was on his list. We called her cell (which she picked up almost immediately) and was able to meet with us around our schedule the next day (I usually work until 6pm, and she was able to come all the way to our house to meet with us).
